While many of our patients are referred by their primary care physician or psychiatrist, a formal referral is not always required to schedule an initial consultation. For specialized treatments like Spravato® or TMS, our clinical team will perform an in-depth evaluation to determine if these options are the right fit for your medical history.
These interventional therapies are typically designed for adults with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD), meaning they have tried two or more antidepressant medications without sufficient relief. During your first Neurological or Psychiatric consultation, we will review your treatment history and insurance requirements to confirm eligibility.
Yes, we accept most major insurance providers for medical and mental health services, including TMS, Spravato®, and Neurological Consultations. Aesthetic services, such as cosmetic Botox, are typically out-of-pocket. We recommend contacting our office or your insurance carrier to verify your specific coverage and any required co-pays.
Our Urgent Consultations are for non-life-threatening medical concerns that require prompt attention, such as acute migraines, minor injuries, or sudden symptoms that cannot wait for a standard appointment. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, such as chest pain, severe trauma, or active suicidal ideation, please go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911.
